Copyright and takedown

WatchAlongs is a directory. It finds and lists live and scheduled watch-along streams on third-party platforms, and embeds those platforms' own players so you can watch one or several at once. We do not host, store or transcode any video. A listing is a link and some information about a stream; it is not an endorsement of what that stream contains, and we do not control what any channel broadcasts.

If you believe we link to infringing material

You can ask us to remove the listing. Please note what that does and does not achieve: removing a listing here removes it from WatchAlongs only. It does not remove the video from the platform hosting it. For that you need the platform's own process, which is the only one that can take the content down at source.

How to send a notice

Use the Report route, which is also linked in the footer of every page. That form is monitored. Please do not send notices to the company's registered office; the report route reaches us faster and keeps the notice with the material it concerns.

So that we can act on it, please include:

• the address of the WatchAlongs page showing the material;
• the address of the video or stream itself;
• what the material is, and what you own or represent;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• your name and contact details, and enough for us to confirm your authority to act.

What we do with a notice

We look at every notice we receive. Where a notice is clear, we remove the specific video or stream from the site. We are able to do that for a single video without removing the channel it came from, which matters: a channel is usually many broadcasts and only one may be at issue, and a proportionate response should not take down the rest.

Where we are unsure, we may ask you for more information before acting.

Repeat infringers

Where a channel repeatedly attracts valid notices, we may remove that channel from the site entirely and decline to list it again. We assess this on the substance of the notices rather than on a fixed count: notices that are withdrawn, disputed successfully, or clearly mistaken do not count against a channel. This policy is applied by Holden's Digital Ltd and no automatic threshold triggers it.

If we removed your stream and you think we were wrong

Tell us through the same report route, saying which listing was removed and why you believe the removal was mistaken. We will look at it again. If we agree, we will restore the listing.
